This site is run by Kate Canning Studios. This page explains what personal data is collected and how it's used.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry we receive the details you enter (name, email, phone, location, project details) and any photos you upload. We use these only to reply to you and to quote for your project.

Where it's stored

Enquiries are sent securely through our website host (Vercel) and email provider (Resend) and delivered to our inbox; they are not stored on the website. We keep enquiries for up to two years unless you become a client, in which case we keep records as needed for accounting.

Cookies

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the data we hold about you at any time by emailing hello@katecanningstudios.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
